Writers, Planners, Trainers (WPT) Incorporated was founded in March of 2003. The agency is a private not-for-profit corporation in the state of Illinois operating as a Charitable Corporation. A five member Board of Officers governs the agency.

Writers, Planners, Trainers Inc. (WPT) was founded in March of 2003. The agency is a private not-for- profit organization in the state of Illinois operating as a 501 (c) (3) Charitable Corporation. A five-member Board of Officers governs the agency. WPT has a history of and significant experience in providing HIV prevention programming, Linkage to Care, Group Prevention and Support, Substance Abuse and Mental Health referral-based care services. The goal is zero disparities and 100% access to services for our clients.
MISSION
The mission of the agency is to advocate, educate and act as a resource for the Belleville and East St. Louis metropolitan area, with regards to care, prevention and supportive services for the area's most marginalized populations at risk for STIs, including HIV/AIDS and other health disparities.
